Why is the Find My Friends (iOS app) is not an app or service on Mac OS X?
The Find My Friends app offers a way to share your location with people who are important to you. Friends or acquaintances who share their locations with you appear on a map so you can quickly see where they are and what they’re up to. Since Find My Friends works with Contacts and Maps, you can do things like find the quickest route to a restaurant and setting up a client meeting all at once
Find My Friends on OS X would be a great tool for families and friends. Also, imagine the use for small companies. It would basically give them “big company” tracking capability for free.
I don’t know a single person who actually uses the stalking app. Maybe it will die like Ping?
It’s good app for children to have. Especially when they are in field trips or someplace unfamiliar.
